MLB delays

So, we just had 2 games that were affected by delays of weather at least this season, with both scheduled to resume at a later date. The issue is these games have gone on for more then 5 innings,  which is the standard rule for a game to be called official. The first game is the Colorado Rockies and the San Francisco Giants.  That game just concluded this past week after a 3 month layoff due to weather. I'm cool with this game being like that because there was no clear winner when the game was called,  with the score tied at 2. The next game is one I have a problem with,  and it's the Kansas City Royals vs the Cleveland Indians game. In this case l, the road team was ahead in the 10th inning. Hello! Remember Rule 4.10 anyone?  If a game lasts more than 5 innings, then it's considered official!  I know the Royals are fighting for a playoff spot for the 1st time in 28 years,  but still should this game be called already?  And another thing. NFL Cuts- 2014

Recently, most teams in the NFL have had to cut many players in order for those teams to make a 53-man roster. Here's what I think of the noticable cuts: The Rams cut Michael Sam, the first openly gay football player to be drafted by an NFL team. I think that he will play for an NFL team in the near future. He cleared waivers today, meaning that he can sign with a team to be on that team's practice squad, and it can be whichever team he chooses. I think that, with a bit of experience on a practice squad, he can make any team's defence, and maybe throw a wrench into the opponent's offensive plans. Whichever team wants him on the practice squad will be OK with me! Former Denver Bronco Champ Bailey was also cut by his new team, the New Orleans Saints. Now why would the Saints cut this multi-time All-Star? Well, it seems like he's getting older, and maybe he's lost a step.
